Brew day began at 11:00AM. Outside temp 32 degrees. Very windy.
Added Caramel 10 30 minutes into mash...oops.
O.G. - 1.046

Blew off trub. Tried sample. Gravity: 1.010

1/26/2015
Kegged.
Sweet, malty, very slight hop flavor and aroma, no noticible bitterness.
F.G.: 1.008
ABV: 5.0%
