Added Caramel 10 30 minutes into mash...oops.

Blew off trub. Tried sample. Gravity: 1.010

Sweet, malty, very slight hop flavor and aroma, no noticible bitterness.
F.G.: 1.008
ABV: 5.0%

    1. It isn’t too bad. Doing the brew in a bag method doesn’t make it much more involved that the beginner style extract kits you would start with.
